Ten Commandments of Serving

I always walk reverently, remembering where I am and what I'm doing.

If I do not have anything to carry, I always fold my hands.

During the duration of the Mass, I sit straight with my hands on my knees or joined in my lap.

When I kneel, I kneel up straight, with my hands joined.

I respond when appropriate to all prayers.

I pray aloud: The Gloria, The Creed and The Our Father.

I make people feel welcome and help them to pray.

I sing where possible.

After the celebration of the Mass, I help to put everything away before leaving.

I must always be ready to serve, even when I'm not scheduled to.
